C3: How they run their sessions
[Hook (text overlay, 0–2s)]
"Two coaches. Two totally different approaches."
[Bad Coach 1] "Everyone, 10 laps around the field,
followed by pushups and situps. Don't touch the ball."
[Good Coach 1] "Everyone get on a ball and start dribbling
inside the orange grid. Use both feet and show me skill moves,
like you're playing street football."
[Bad Coach 2] (checks phone, disengaged)
[Good Coach 2] "Good first touch, now do it with your left as well."
[Bad Coach 3] "Give me 2 lines of 10, we've got 2 mini goals to shoot on.
You're gonna dribble through the cones and shoot ONE AT A TIME!"
[Good Coach 3] "Give me 5 lines of 4, we've got 5 mini goals,
so nobody's standing around
and you're getting lots of reps in."
[Teach (Sia to camera)]
"Teach the game with the ball at their feet,
and with honest, detailed feedback.
Stay engaged in the session, not your phone.
Smaller groups, for more reps."
